Palbox is built around direct impact and connection

We are not a mass-produced gift box or a general ethical brand. Each season, we curate products that carry a story, a place, a tradition, or a person behind them.

Palestinian food and craft are too often renamed, repackaged, or separated from the people who created and preserved them. Our goal is not only to sell Palestinian products, but to reclaim our food, craft, and heritage.

Palbox works directly with Palestinian farmers, artisans, small producers, family businesses, and trusted partners.

Many products begin on farms, in small workshops, or with producer groups, then move through layers of shipping, checkpoints, import systems, and long-distance transportation before reaching our warehouse in Pennsylvania.

That process matters because for some of the artisans and small producers we work with, Palbox is not just another sales channel. It may be one of their only sources of income, and in some cases, their main connection to customers outside Palestine

Palbox boxes are limited because we source from real Palestinian farmers, artisans, small producers, family businesses, and trusted partners. Many of these items are made in small batches, shaped by harvest seasons, workshop capacity, shipping timelines, and the realities of moving products from Palestine to our warehouse in Pennsylvania. We prepare a limited number of boxes each season, and subscribers receive first access. Most boxes are often reserved before they open to the wider community.Because of that, we cannot always restock the same items quickly or easily.Once a box is reserved or sold out, that specific season closes.

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel, pause, or modify it at any time with no penalties.
You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account on the upper right corner of the website.

We want you to love every box. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
